RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

IN STORE/ONLINE

We purchase limited runs of clothing and home wares so we don’t accept returns based on change of mind.

If the product is deemed faulty, we are happy to repair it or issue a credit note or refund in compliance with Australian consumer laws.

If the customer has treated the product incorrectly, eg. not adhering to washing instructions etc., then no refund, return or credit note will be issued. We are happy to repair where necessary.

There are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on discounted or sale items. These items are final with no exceptions.

We reserve the right to reject any request for returns that don’t comply with the conditions above or do not comply under Australian consumer law. If your return is approved but under review your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your cost and a refund will not be granted.

Some of the garments have been handwoven and or hand dyed/hand block printed which in this process colours and printing may not be perfect.  We do not see this as a defect but rather see the beauty in the imperfection as perfection.

We attempt to photograph as closely to the original as possible, but depending on what equipment you are using, colours may differ slightly.

We are not responsible for any DUTIES or TAXES that may be incurred on overseas orders.

Return request that have been agreed to by Indigo Republic.

Within 7 days of receipt of your shipment

In original condition, unwashed, unworn and in original packaging with labels intact.
